Update 1: The PHP/Blog Update

Update 1 serves as the first true update to Blimp Fleet. As the name suggests, this update is a complete creation and integration of basic PHP into the website. It aims to create a core structure for the website to be built off of and improve upon features incrementally.
Several key features were added to the website during this update. The first of which is a header to serve as navigation for the website. The header is a separate html file that is included into the top of each page on the website, all of which are PHP-based files. Additionally, this version included a proper home page, an about page, and a blog page to hold all individual blogs to be accessed.
